Any details collected from Caloundra Jetski customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.  Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unable to take your prepaid tour, every effort will be made to identify a suitable alternative date and time. In the event, that alternative arrangements cannot be made, then a full refund will be made provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. 

Hire and Ride Safaris (No Licence required)

Departure times vary from day to day according to the tides, so we recommend as a first step you choose your preferred trip and the date you would like to do it. When you have made your decision, book online and during the process you will be advised of the times that are available for that trip on that date. If the times don't suit or if booking online is not your thing, call for 0434 330 660 for personalised service - we may even be able to re-schedule if you can't find a time that suits you.

All trips depart from The Public Boat Ramp, Churchill St, Golden Beach.

Payment Options: All reservations will be held only if full pre-payment is made, unless credit facilities have been previously arranged. Payments will be refunded in full if an alternative date and time cannot be agreed and provided notice is given of at least 24 hours prior to departure. Caloundra Jetski prefers full payment at the time of booking.

Parking

Street Parking is available, but it can be difficult to find a spot in peak periods.

JET SKIING FOR NATURE LOVERS

If you want to see some of the best country in the land, why not have some fun getting there?  We use the latest Yamaha jet skis - so clean they meet the tough Californian emission standards - to satisfy the thrill seeker in you,  and we use the magnificent Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the Glasshouse Mountains and the Moreton Bay Marine Park to appeal to the \"nature lover\" in all of us.

To kick things off, a qualified marine instructor will teach you all the manouevres, operating and safety procedures. In no time at all you will be powering your own machine along unrestricted, pristine Marine Park waterways; doing all the manouevres you want through twisting and turning channels while all the time passing incredible marine park scenery.

We have a commercial permit with the Parks and Wildlife Service to take you into the heart of the \"green zone\"  so you can experience the extraordinary natural world protected in the Moreton Bay Marine Park.  Pumicestone Passage is an exceptional estuary system of meandering channels, sand banks and islands separating Bribie Island from the mainland. The Bribie Blast (Lighthouse Reach)

A 25km free wheeling adrenalin blast along the western bank of Bribie Island to historic Lighthouse Reach - a little hideaway where the locals go for high speed adventure. On this trip, we administer just the right amount of adrenalin to suit you. Learn about this area\'s unique history and it\'s extraordinary geological links with the volcanos of Glasshouse Mountains.

Glasshouse Twister

Our most popular! Combine the thrills and spills of the Bribie Blast with an eco-adventure that will leave you spellbound. We take you deep into the Marine Park, twisting and sliding your skis through 50km of a mangrove lined channel. Ride the Roys, the Narrows, the Hazards, the Skids and the W\'s before arriving at Tripcony Bight and magnificent views over Glasshouse Mountains. This is the heart of the Green Zone - a system of islands, sandbanks and channels supporting a wide diversity of significant species including migratory shore and wading birds from Alaska, Siberia, China; marine turtles; dugongs and dolphins. Discover this magnificent region, the Glasshouse Mountains and a few more \'local secrets\'. Our journey home from here is a non-stop blast where the \'agility\' of our machines is much appreciated. Sunshine Coast Jetski Epic

We go all out to give you an experience you won\'t forget.  Leaving from Pelican Waters Caloundra, a full-on three hour trip riding almost the entire length of Pumicestone Channel with stops at Lighthouse Reach, the Glasshouse Mountains and the seaside villages of Donnybrook and Toorbul. Full of \'surprises\', this ride combines all types of water from winding estuary to ocean-like riding, passing quaint seaside villages, coastal camping grounds, historic oyster beds and local waterway activity. The Caloundra City Explorer

Go to town with this new option. This is the gentle alternative – a laid back, relaxed chance to see Caloundra city from the water on the back of a jet ski. Leaving from Power Boat Club, learn how to handle a jet ski at low and high speed, ski along the western bank of Bribie Island, across Pumicestone Passage and into downtown Caloundra.
